The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati is offering qualifying buyers Welcome Home Fund grants. Welcome Home funds may be used to fund down payments and closing costs for low to moderate income homebuyers.  Welcome Home funds typically become available in early to late spring (March 1st) and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Funds are typically depleted by early summer (or sooner).
